I started working with Eileen Tefft and The Force Realty when I heard that they take only  a minor transaction fee and Zero Percent of my commissions. That alone was reason enough.  The huge surprise was the amazing training that we get at no additional cost. I feel very lucky to be working with Eileen! She is a marketing genius and now my career is heading into high gear!

I worked for Eileen when I was a new real estate agent. When you’re new and green, you need to depend on your broker to know when and how to teach you what you’ll need. Eileen always was in a training mode with me. Her knowledge is very deep, she knows the history behind most of the real estate laws and she has the ability to explain it very well. She also understands homes and home construction as well as financing beyond what most agents will ever need.  She has also created buyer and seller systems that are practical and really work. If you need Eileen to step in and complete a transaction that gets out of hand, she will.

I gained a deep appreciation of what it takes to be an agent and learned a great deal under her teaching. She understands the law, marketing, transactions and negotiations and how to teach them and she will role play until you are comfortable working with your clients.
